You know when you go to a museum, and it’s really quiet and stuffy and everyone whispers???  Our Art Parties are definitely NOT like that. Everyone paints together, but we encourage you to add your personal style.  A break or two during the session allows the paint to dry and a chance for you to stretch your legs and check out the other masterpieces-in-progress.  If you feel the urge to sing or dance to the tunes that we play while you paint – go for it.  Any creativity is welcome here!

Absolutely, YES!  Our Partista’s step-by-step instructions ensure that anyone – regardless of experience or talent – will not only finish their masterpiece, but will go home with a painting from the event that, at the very least, resembles the featured example.  Most likely, though, you will be surprised at how good you really are!  We can’t promise that you’ll create fine art, but we’re certain you’ll create FUN art!

Each painting session is approximately 2 to 3 hours (including breaks), depending on the complexity of the painting and the flow of the art class.

Everything that you need to create the featured painting: a 12”x 16” canvas, easel, acrylic paints, brushes and aprons. Your station will already be set up when you arrive, and we take care of cleaning up when the event is finished. Gratuity and tax are included.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance of your event, either by phone (808-269-2445) or by email ([email protected]). Please let us know as early as possible. The event deposit will be kept for reservations not cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

Your fun-loving self…a friend, maybe 2, maybe 20. That’s all you need. We provide all the art materials, painting instructions, set-up and clean-up.

We recommend something comfortable and paint-friendly for your art event with us! Aprons are provided, but we can’t guarantee that you or your belongings will stay paint-free.

Yes, children 8 and up are welcome for private events! Any minor in attendance at any session must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or person authorized by their parent or guardian. We do have paintings specifically for children, be sure to check our Family Art gallery if you plan on hosting a kids event with us!

Yes, we offer generous Kama’aina discounts for Hawaii residents with a valid Hawaii ID, Driver’s License, or active Military ID. Each person must present their OWN valid ID to receive the discounts. A resident cannot get kama’aina pricing for anyone else that does not have a valid ID.

 

Our paristas do their very best to provide an AWESOME experience; they do accept tips, and they are greatly appreciated. Tipping is left up to the individual, but as a general practice, 15% – 20% of the cost of your experience is the common gratuity in Hawaii.
