All Private Events include the following:
- Studio open only to your guests; we can accommodate up to 50 people.
- Choice of featured painting
- All painting materials, instruction, set-up and clean-up are included, as well as appropriate staffing for the number of guests.
- Fresh popcorn popped during the session.
- You may bring, or have catered, food, and bottled water. (Any other drinks must be purchased from our Creative Juices bar.) Additional tables (with linen) can be set up for food service – just let us know what you need!
- Studio can be decorated for your event.
PRICING
The cost of your event will depend on the day of the week and/or time you would like to schedule. Please see the options below.
Pa’ina ~ Off-peak studio hours
- Party start times (Studio will be reserved up to 4 hours for your group)
- Monday 9 am – 7:30 pm
- Sunday 9am – 10am, 6pm or later start time
- Tuesday thru Friday 9 am – 2 pm
- $450 minimum ~ covers 8-10 people ~ Please contact us for a quote for your event. (Kama’aina rate may apply.)
- Tax and 15% gratuity are included.
- $250 is collected as a non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made, with the balance due the day of the event.
Kipa’una ~ Studio buyout – times when we have regularly scheduled sessions
- Party start times (Studio will be reserved up to 4 hours for your group)
- Wednesday thru Sunday evenings (Start times after 6 pm)
- Saturday ~ Start times after 10 am
- $900 minimum ~ covers 15-20 people ~ Please contact us for a quote for your event. (Kama’aina rate may apply.)
- Tax and gratuity are included.
- $250 is collected as a non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made, with the balance due the day of the event.
Private Event Upgrades
For an additional cost you can have these private event upgrades:
- Wooden Surfboard or Turtle
- Drink tickets for use only for private events
- Non-alcoholic beverages only
- Any bar beverage, except for premium wine
- Team Building Format
- Island Art Party brings a whole new twist to team-building, incorporating creativity and cooperation. These specialized sessions encourage teamwork and trust, without having people fall 5 feet – backwards and blindfolded – hoping to be caught by others. Instead, with the focus on collective creativity, every participant’s contribution becomes integral in producing each unique painting. It’s a fun, relaxed and productive way to spend time with colleagues
PRIVATE EVENT FAQs
May we bring in food, or have food catered in?
Of course! We can set up additional tables, with linens, for your food service – just let us know how many you will need. We can also handle the coordination and delivery of food for a fee if you prefer.
You may also bring in bottled water, however ALL other beverages must be purchased from our Creative Juices bar.
How many people can your studio hold?
We can accommodate up to 55 guests.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Please allow at least 48 hours advance notice, subject to availability.
